Welcome to Founders Table ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using founderstable.club (the "Site") and our services (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
• By signing up, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
• We reserve the right to reject or pause memberships that do not align with our community standards.

2. Membership & Subscriptions

• Access to events requires an active membership subscription.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
• Pricing and features may be adjusted, with prior notice.

3. Event Participation & Cancellations

• Seats are limited and assigned at our discretion.
• You may cancel your participation in an event up to 24 hours in advance. Later cancellations or no-shows will not be refunded or credited.
• We curate groups to ensure diverse and valuable matches, but specific outcomes or connections are not guaranteed.
• You are responsible for your own conduct and safety during events.

4. Payments

• Payments are processed securely via third-party providers.
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees.
• Failed payments may result in suspension or cancellation of your membership.

5. Refunds

• No refunds for partial subscription periods, missed events, late cancellations, or no-shows.
• If we cancel an event, we may offer an alternative date or credit.

6. Code of Conduct

• Treat all members respectfully.
• Do not share confidential information of others without permission.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our community standards.

7. Privacy

• We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
• By using the Services, you consent to this processing.

8. Intellectual Property & Content

• All content on the Site is owned by or licensed to us.
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
• By participating in events, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use photos, testimonials, and similar content for community and promotional purposes. Ownership remains with you.

9. Liability & Disclaimer

• Services are provided "as is," without warranties.
• We are not responsible or liable for anything that happens during or around events, dinners, or related activities.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the total subscription fees you paid in the past 12 months.

10. Termination

• You may stop using the Services at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your membership if you breach these Terms.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

• These Terms are governed by Dutch law.
• Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

12. Changes

• We may update these Terms from time to time.
• Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
